Biography
Mr. Toraoka has been a patent attorney since 1997. He studied Mechanical Engineering at Tokyo Institute of Technology (in which he earned a B.S. (1984) and M.S. (1986)). He has experience working in the intellectual property department at TORAY Corp. (1986-97). He joined the firm in 1997. His field of specialty is mechanical engineering. He is admmitted to act for clients in IP litigations by Japan Patent Attorneys Association.
